Monday Munchies: S’more Treats

No longer just for mosquito-infested campfires, s’mores can be made in the comfort of your own home using four simple ingredients and the small amount of heat from a single burner.

Make these when you want to relive childhood camp memories, but don’t feel like being outdoors.


¼ cup butter

1 bag regular marshmallows

1 box of Golden Grahams cereal

2 cups chocolate chips, chilled


  1. In a large saucepan, melt butter over medium heat and slowly add marshmallows. Stir until the marshmallows are melted. Once you get that glossy marshmallow sauce, remove from heat.
  2. Add Golden Grahams and stir until they are coated in marshmallow goo. For additional texture, crunch some of the cereal up into smaller pieces. Stir in chocolate chips.
  3. Grease a pan and press S'mores down evenly in pan. Let cool – enjoy!
