Monday Munchies: Cinnamon Roll Meltaways

Winter’s here and it’s a serious drag.

What if your plans are already cancelled because of a snow squall? This take on a classic desert will help melt your seasonal depression away.

Our latest Monday Munchies recipe combines the cult classic cinnamon roll with some mouth-watering additions. Sink your jaws into some cinnamon glazed heaven with these Cinnamon Roll Meltaways.

Ingredients

  • 1 package of Pillsbury cinnamon rolls

  • 8 regular size Marshmallows

  • 4 tablespoons butter melted

  • 1/2 cup of cinnamon/sugar (whatever ratio you like)

  • A cupcake baking pan

Directions

  1. Roll out the cinnamon rolls, just until they’re evenly spread out, and are large enough to wrap around a Marshmallow.

  2. Wrap each Roll around one Marshmallow, and dip it evenly in the Butter…

  3. Now coat the entire thing with some Cinnamon Sugar…

  4. Place each one into the cupcake pan and bake them at 350 degrees for approx. 12-15 minutes, or until they’re puffed, firm and golden…

  5. Let them cool so you can safely handle them.

  6. Add some frosting on top and dig in!

Filled with a marshmallow melted centre and covered in glaze, these cinnamon meltaways are packed with enough flavours to put you in a sugar coma. Break out your oven mits this winter and enjoy some Spinach™ while you wait for the bake.

Protip: Don’t skimp on the icing just because there’s marshmallows inside.
